Cubillo de Ojeda
Cubillo de Ojeda is a small agricultural and livestock village belonging to the municipality of Cervera de Pisuerga. It is located north of Perazancas in the same valley.
This village is home to picturesque mud and brick houses. There is another building with a stone arch, which is supposed to be an old entrance to a large house, and also a primitive coat of arms, an old washhouse, and St. Peter's Church.
Like most of the churches in the area, this one is Romanesque in style and consists of a single nave with an apse, a doorway with three archivolts, capitals and corbels, including one decorated with a musician playing a lute, which held the roof tile in place. They are located behind a portico that was added later, as well as the tower that features a Romanesque belfry.
Inside, you will notice the decorated capitals of the triumphal arch and the impost with a series of honeycomb decorations that run along the presbytery.
