Rambla Monteros
Located in the surroundings of the Calderona mountain range, the Rambla Monteros is a seasonal watercourse covered with marsh vegetation from the Typhagenus, shrubs from the Genista and Rosmarinus genera, and Aleppo pine (Pinus halepensis).
It is a green corridor of vegetation in an area otherwise surrounded by fields and crops. Like the ravines in the area, this enclave contributes to the territory's varied topography, where, despite the generally dry terrain, locations like this provide the flora and fauna with pockets of greater humidity. Due to their linear structure, these areas are of great ecological value, serving as corridors that connect biological communities and habitats of interest.
This spot is crossed by a metal bridge supported on concrete blocks, and there is also a picnic area nestled in a small nearby pine forest.
