Shrine of Ecce Homo
This is a church located in the Burgos town of Salas de Bureba, and is one of the two chapels in this small town, although the other is now in ruins. The Shrine of Ecce Homo was built during the 16th century and features Gothic style elements. Its single nave features a rectangular floor plan and is accompanied by a west-facing colonnade with a continuous bench, a semicircular arch and a three-sloped roof. The decoration of the church is simple and the interior is particularly notable for the 17th century baroque altarpiece.
