Caudé
Caudé is a rural village within the municipality of Teruel, to which it belonged in the past and has now belonged since 1972.
The name Caudé comes from Roman times, the rural district being located in the area known as Llanos de Caudé, due to its flat orography. The area saw intense fighting during the Spanish Civil War.
The architectural heritage is concentrated in the Church of Santo Tomás de Canterbury, a Baroque temple from the 18th century, and the Shrine of Santa Ana from the mid-16th century.
Its main festivity takes place in mid-August in honour of the Virgen de la Cama and San Roque.
