Shrine of la Virgen de la Amorosa
The Shrine of La Virgen de la Amorosa is a temple belonging to the Diocese of Osma-Soria.
The stone building has a solid structure with a single large nave accessed through a doorway with a colonnade and semicircular arch. It also features a belfry, which today stands naked without its bell.
At its foot we find the part of the presbytery, an area where the building gains in height and then descends into what seems to be a small chapel or adjacent room.
In the month of May, villagers gather at the shrine with their banners, ensigns and the rollos, sticks that form a frame covered with petticoats and ribbons, from which they hang rosco pastries and oranges.
