El Faéu
El Faéu, also known as Faedo, is a village located in the region of Camí Real de la Mesa that belongs to the Belmonte de Mirando council. It is located just 5 km away from Belmonte, at an altitude of 670 m, at the end of a forest track originating from the nearby village of Las Cruces.
El Faéu currently has 6 houses and is surrounded by mountains, hills, and valleys that served as transit lands for different cultures throughout history, including the Asturians, Romans, and Vaqueiros.
