Rebollo de Duero
Rebollo de Duero is a locality belonging to Velamazán.
In 1895, the Valladolid-Ariza railway line was inaugurated, integrating the town into the Spanish railway network. The municipality had its own railway station, which offered passenger and freight services. In 1985, ninety years after its inauguration, the line was closed to passenger traffic due to its unprofitable status.
In the mid-19th century, the village of Fuentelpuerco, now known as Fuente Tovar, annexed the area. It later became part of Velamazán in the mid-20th century.
On 22 December 2006, the media highlighted the name of Rebollo de Duero when the local economy experienced a positive upturn. All residents of Rebollo de Duero were the lucky winners of the "Gordo de Navidad".
The town of San Ildefonso celebrates the luminaria on 22 January, the festivities of San Bernardino de Siena on 20 May and its patron saint festivities on 20 and 21 August.
