The Prado de las Cruces Dolmen
Urraca Miguel is a hamlet within the municipal limits of Ávila, less than 15 kilometres from the provincial capital. With a population of 45 people, it maintains houses with the traditional architecture of the area made of adobe and stone.
On the first weekend of July, Urraca Miguel comes alive to honour its patron saint, San Miguel Arcángel. The day begins with a mass in the parish church, after which the image of the saint is taken out in procession to the sound of the bells, for a tour of the village. During the week, the festive atmosphere continues with cultural activities for all ages.
