Trabada
Trabada is a village and one of the seven parishes that make up the municipality of Grandas de Salime, which is about 12 km away.
This small village has 9 houses and sits at an elevation of 627 meters. The parish of Trabada comprises 10 villages, including A Cova, Folgosa, A Fornaza, Llandepereira, Monteserín Grande, Monteserín Pequeño, Trabada, El Mazo de Riodecabalos, El Molín Da Coa, and Valías.
The municipality of Grandas de Salime offers a rich ethnographic heritage, showcasing several examples of traditional Asturian culture. Surrounded by sierras and mountains, the natural landscape is complemented by the Salime reservoir, which was inaugurated in 1954 and is one of the key elements of the council.
