SL FV 28: Agua de Bueyes - Vega del Río Palmas

A Route along a Green Carpet
The local trail SL FV 28 begins on the outskirts of the village of Agua de Bueyes, and ascends gently a knoll covered with vegetation. From the top of the knoll, we reach the peak of Morro Rincón del Atajo, and from there the trail continues, and joins SL FV 31, until its final destination in Vega de Río Palmas.
The trail starts at the outskirts of the village of Aguas de Bueyes, next to a crossroads near a resting area consisting of a stone shelter with wooden tables and benches inside.
We follow the trail, which is clearly marked by pebbles on both sides of the path, and we climb gradually from Cuesta de la Villa through a hill covered with plants, particularly the dominant species: balsam spurge (Euphorbia balsamifera).
Once we reach the peak of Morro Rincón del Atajo, trail SL FV 28 joins trail SL FV 31 Tiscamanita- Vega de Río Palmas.
