This beach is located on the north coast of the island between sa Marineta and na Batlé points, with a car park and a beach bar nearby. It does not have as many boats as other beaches due to its lack of protection and rock slope.
The beach has coarse golden sand and is almost virgin in appearance. It is the widest and most accessible beach in Menorca's North Marine Reserve. The richness of its seabed makes it the perfect place for snorkelling.
In addition, there is a dune system behind the beach with stabilising vegetation (scrubland and bushes) and an important wetland area, formed by a torrent that flows into the sea, where you can see various grassland birds, such as osprey (Pandion haliaetus).
