The Órzola-Playa Blanca Nature Trail (GR-131) crosses Lazarote island from north to south. It is a 71-kilometre long trail that has been divided into 5 stages. Throughout this trail, the traveller will visit towns like Órzola, Máguez, Haría, Teguise, San Bartolomé, Montaña Blanca, Conil, La Asomada, Uga, Yaiza, Las Breñas and Playa Blanca, enjoying its charming places and traditions.
This is an ideal trail both for those who want to go on foot and for bike lovers, since most of the route can also be covered by bicycle. This nature trail has an incalculable landscape value, since the traveller will be able to see La Corona Natural Monument, the Protected Landscape of La Geria, Los Volcanes Natural Park and even going near the Chinijo Archipelago Natural Park, the Timanfaya National Park and the Scientific Interest Site of Janubio.
