Murero tunnel
It is a 525-metre-long tunnel illuminated thanks to a solution involving small solar panels at the tunnel entrance. It is located very close to the Entremojones Gorge and the River Jiloca, on a six-kilometre section that connected the Villafeliche and Murero-Manchones stations. Not far from this building is one of Murero’s greatest treasures, its ancient vineyards, which will undoubtedly delight wine lovers. This infrastructure was part of the old railway line connecting Calatayud and Grao de Valencia, which was integrated into the unfinished Santander-Mediterranean line.
